Product Features
Thermal Performance: The BGM-CH30 strip serves as a highly effective thermal break, interrupting heat transfer in metal frames and reducing energy loss.
Durable Nylon Material: Made from high-quality nylon, it offers excellent resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and long-term aging.
Customizable Dimensions: While its nominal width is 30 mm, its thickness and length can be tailored to suit specific profile systems. According to the spec sheet, both width and thickness are customizable.
Logo & Branding Options: Clients can choose to customize the logo on the strip, allowing for brand integration.
Eco-Friendly & Certified: The product is CE- and ISO 9001-certified, and the material is environmentally friendly.
Long Warranty: Backed by a warranty of 5 years or more, reflecting its durability and reliability.
Thermal barrier strips are most effective in architectural systems where metal profiles connect interior and exterior spaces and heat transfer must be controlled. In curtain wall systems, these strips interrupt conductive paths in aluminum framing, improving building energy performance and helping maintain consistent indoor temperatures. They are also widely used in aluminum window and door assemblies , where enhanced insulation reduces heat loss and minimizes the risk of condensation on interior surfaces. Additionally, these strips are suitable for facade units and skylights , contributing to better thermal resistance and occupant comfort. Beyond building envelopes, thermal barrier strips can be applied in industrial equipment and enclosures that require thermal isolation between metal components, such as refrigerated housings or solar collector frames. Their ability to improve insulation, reduce energy demand, and support sustainable design makes them a versatile solution across construction and industrial applications.
Product Capacity
As part of Bergman’s Thermal Barrier / Break Strip line, the BGM-CH30 benefits from the company’s strong production capacity. The manufacturer offers comprehensive engineering solutions and cross-category product assortments—meaning they can support custom orders, varying lengths, and tailored specs. Their in-house production ensures consistent quality, precise extrusion tolerances, and quick turnarounds for both standard and bespoke orders.
Product Packaging
Our products are packaged in waterproof bags. During each vehicle loading, random weight checks are conducted on every package. Typically, pallets are placed underneath to support the weight, facilitating subsequent packaging and preventing bag damage from rough handling during transport. Goods on each pallet are wrapped in stretch film to minimize moisture exposure during transit.
